Roasted Japanese green tea

We admire hojicha for its quiet confidence. Hojicha was never created to be ceremonial or rare. It emerged from practicality — tea merchants in 1920s Kyoto transformed everyday tea leaves through roasting into a comforting new tea category. The roasting softens sharpness into warmth and bitterness into calm.

This Light Roast version highlights hojicha’s gentler side. The roast is carefully controlled to preserve clarity and natural sweetness, resulting in a tea that feels light, aromatic, and easy to sip and share.
