Hojicha Powder
Hojicha powder is a Japanese roasted green tea, finely milled and known for its warm, nutty flavour and low caffeine content — often enjoyed in Japan in the evening, and even served to children and the elderly.
Made by roasting green tea leaves until deep and aromatic, then stone-milling them into a fine powder, hojicha offers a completely different expression of green tea. Expect notes of toasted grain, cacao, and caramel, with no bitterness and very little caffeine.
This is an ideal everyday tea for those who love depth and comfort, or who want a matcha-style ritual without the stimulation.
